Additional Comments:

"Whoa.  Blue cheese was very overwhelming." - Chief

"If you're going to call something a Bacon-Eater, then there should be bacon on it.  Kudos to the server for immediately bringing a heaping plate of bacon when she noticed the foul-up by the kitchen.  The roll is the most memorable part - challah bread consistency.  The quality here has gone down." - Anonymous

"Too much bun and the bun had either grease or Espo's spilled beer on top.  My juices are not flowing.  WAY OVERCOOKED.  Good atmosphere but the burger disappointed.  Fries started strong, but fizzled given the burger experience." - Aces

"Emotionally satisfying.  Buttered bun with blue cheese brought out the meat's flavor.  Fries were disaapointing.  Should have more bacon." - A.A.

"Burger could have used more bacon.  Asked for medium rare and the temp. was perfect." -Fahrvergnügen

"Bacon was tasteless, and had only 1 strip.  Bun too huge for the burger.  I'm not a fan of the brioche bun.  Overcooked.  Fake ketchup!  Did I mention fake ketchup?  I wouldn't order it again." - The Jackal

"NEEDS MORE BACON!" - Anonymous

"Pretty good.  I think the blue cheese was a bit aggressive but overall, ok." - Yabo

"Solid burger!  Made me want to squeeze some buns." - Gould

"Burger itself was "ok" and overcooked for medium-rare.  Sandwich itself overwhelmed the burger - tasted the toppings and bun but not the burger.  Dissapointing would be what comes to mind." - Anonymous

"Unlike everyone else, mine was cooked properly.  Maybe it was because I'm Catholic, but I have no complaints!" -Espo

"Overcooked.  Not good." -Anonymous
