The Tavern Burger
Ingredients:
Blend of ground short rib & brisket topped with cheddar, applewood bacon, house steak sauce, truffle mayo, 4C vinaigrette greens and tomato.
Additional Comments:
"Needed more sauce/mayo and a slightly thicker burger" - Smith
"I liked the mixed greens on the burger. Not too heavy. Crispy bacon was nice. Wanted more crispy bacon." - Gould
"Weak bun that fell apart. Beef needed more basic seasoning (salt & pepper). Crisp bacon was a plus." - Fahrvergnügen
"Delicious bacon. Excellent onion rings - firm, but malleable" - A.A. Feldman
"A truly unmemorable burger. Medium rare was overcooked. The bun wasn't fresh. Sauces didn't compliment the burger. High hopes upon entering, sad feelings upon exiting. I would suggest a simple burger with no extras may be a wiser choice. PS. I enjoyed the IPA and the music." - Hot Tub
"Onion rings=epic. Service=shit. I don't get why we were stuck in the cold back, but the burger was very good." - Belosa
"If I want a salad I'd go to Saladworks. Not a fan of arugula in a salad yet alone my burger. Not in love with the vinaigrette over traditional ketchup. Thought the beef and bun were very good, but was ruined with the vinaigrette. There was a "house steak sauce" on the burger? I didn't notice." - Swafay
"Too much salad on it." - Yabo
"I enjoyed the burger but not crazy about the leafy greens and vinaigrette. Also, I coudn't really taste the mayo. The wait staff was very friendly but a bit slow on bringing out our drinks. Also, the spot in the back where we sat had terrible temperature regulation (either blazing hot or freezing cold). Still, the place had a very cool, "Colorado-esque" vibe to it." - Chief
